Hotel des Horlogers offers 50 elegant rooms and suites, each with a breathtaking view of the Risoud forest. They meet the highest standards of eco-responsible tourism and have a welcoming and warm decor with raw materials from the region.
The cuisine of Hôtel des Horlogers bears the signature of Chef Emmanuel Renaut, awarded three Michelin stars and voted Meilleur Ouvrier de France. He works hand in hand with Executive Chef Alessandro Cannata, who orchestrates each dish with passion and precision, sublimating local and seasonal produce thanks to close collaboration with local producers.
