Brasserie Le Gogant
In local Combier dialect, Le Gogant is an isolated silver fir tree of exceptional size. With age it reaches a wingspan never known by other trees in the forest, becoming a shelter to people and wildlife. The restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the Risoud forest and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. Fish from local fishers, meat from La Vallée de Joux farms, local fruits and vegetables... The two Chefs pick their products directly from the surrounding nature. Generous dishes and good times all-day, all week “under Le Gogant”.

La Table des Horlogers by Emmanuel Renaut invites Guests to a culinary hike through the Risoud Forest. Each season we work with food producers of La Vallée de Joux to highlight their ingredients.

The Bar des Horlogers embodies the energy of local residents and watchmakers. A friendly atmosphere to discover signature cocktails, made with local ingredients. Snacks and plates to share are part of the menu, available 7 days a week.

BernaTruck
Located opposite the Hôtel des Horlogers, the BernaTruck is waiting for you!
Homemade bread, delicious sandwiches, savory snacks, salads, irresistible pastries, and locally roasted coffee are available from Mondays through Fridays. You can enjoy a well-deserved break during your motorcycle, car, or bike rides!
